One paste, three outputs
export.design keeps the parts of a Figma frame each format can express
natively, and falls back to a crisp bitmap only where it must. Here's
what your frames become in each output.
How export.design renders each design element into a PDF, a
PowerPoint deck and a web page.
Every word is exported as real text — selectable in the PDF, an editable box in PowerPoint, a DOM node on the web. Fonts are subsetted and embedded for PDF and HTML, and matched by name for PowerPoint.
Shapes & vectors
Rectangles, lines and custom paths are exported as vectors — inline SVG on the web, native shapes in PowerPoint, crisp at any zoom in the PDF. Not flattened to pixels.
Images
Image fills are kept at full resolution and extracted as reusable assets, with crop and tiling preserved. An image used across many frames is stored once.
Colors, gradients & effects
Solid fills, gradients and shadows come across as native values. Only what a format genuinely can’t express — a conic gradient in PowerPoint, a layer blur — falls back to a crisp bitmap.
export.design runs on our own conversion engine — no LLM, no prompt. So
the output is deterministic, near-instant, and priced flat: 1 credit per
frame, whatever the design.
