We are currently looking for the Head of Customer Success of <div>riots, a startup thought by and for the people who love User Interfaces.

What we do

We help front-end developers and designers deliver amazing experiences together.

Created by the former Co-founder of Ullink (from 2 to 1000 employees), our company already offers a selection of development tools which have been referenced by Salesforce, Microsoft & Adobe.

We are about to enter an important growth phase, and we need your help in order to manage this development.

Your mission

  • Helping our customers get the best of our solutions for their needs.
  • Being the dedicated point of contact for everything related to their use of the solutions, be it for their current or future needs:
  • Managing and improving our customers journey through a dedicated relationship built on trust and commitment,
  • Building POCs with our clients when necessary,
  • Industrializing the inbound leads generation with existing users,
  • Working closely with the internal development team and sharing meaningful insights from our clients and users,
  • Helping streamline the tools to ease the customer support,
  • Making sure our churn is the lowest possible.

By developing meaningful relationships with our customers, both users and decision makers.

By being able to qualify an issue before discussing it internally: the purpose of this role is not just to open tickets.

By working closely with the sales team before and when clients are collectively signed.

By being especially straightforward in your communication: honesty & transparency are core values of our founding team.

What are the stakes

We have several products and international ambitions: there will be a lot of different publics and people to address.

Also, sincerity is at the core of our customer success: we want people who really want to help our clients.

Who are you

You have a sound experience on a pre-sales position, or working as a technical consultant,

You have a real empathy, we could even say you really like people: you need to be able to fit with a lot of people,

You are super strong with prioritizing and you know when to say no if needed,

You are patient and you are able to demonstrate real pedagogy: it’s a pleasure for you to help other people progress on their projects,

You have impeccable communication skills in French and in English, both written and oral.

  • Full time French contract.
  • Remote position.
  • Salary depending upon your profile (basic + commission + stocks)
